High Rise Signs

You’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars to erect a 100’ sign and years later it looks worn and in need of repair, what do you do? That’s the question our client was pondering when the called National Coating Solutions for answers.

Your sign is your identity and when it’s that big it becomes a beacon to your location which means it needs to look its best. Through the years the sun and elements have taken their toll fading the paint and promoting rust. Our client was looking for a solutions with longevity that would extend the service of the sign for years to come.

National Coating Solutions had to address three issues on this project; height of the sign, condition of the sign, and correct product to be used on the sign. While it’s never an easy task, our team of trained experts have years of experience working at excessive heights that would normally dissuade most if not all contractors from taking on this project. Preparation of the sign for painting consisted of; scraping loose paint and rust, sanding the entire sign, cleaning all areas to be painted and priming all rust areas. The final step was to use a high performance industrial coating that would withstand years of weather while retaining its gloss and color.
